Registering as Author/Co-Author:

1. Registration

  • All registrations must be applied through the¬†Registration System.
  • At least one of the authors of each paper has to register at the author/co-author rate. Each registration will cover one paper.*

3. Paper Acceptance Notification

  • Paper Acceptance Notification will be sent from July 19th, 2020 onward after reviews.
  • Please request for a Letter of Invitation, if needed, upon receiving paper acceptance notification.

4. Registration Approval (if required)

  • Only participants with successful abstract submission and acceptance will receive registration approval
  • Payment Notification will be sent upon registration approval

5. Registration Fee Payment

  • Registration fee payment can be made online directly through our Registration System (credit card) or by Bank Transfer.
  • The registration will only be confirmed when the full payment has been made before the due date.

6. Full Paper Submission

  • After making the payment, please email the full paper to by August 5th, 2020.

*If co-authors would like to participate in the conference without receiving the certificate of presentation, they could register as an Industrial Professional
